The way to use it in your business for productivity can be something as simple as setting reminders and scheduling meetings, or something more advanced like a website that automates and creates triggers when certain activities happen. You’re already using technology for your finances if you have a bank account, deposit, and withdraw money from it, though there are more advanced technological advances in finance for your business.

You can use technology in order to pre-schedule your marketing and keep track of website and internet analytics such as how many visitors go to your page every day. Nowadays, because most people are online and on social media, technology is allowing businesses an easier way to find customers. You can also use technology with screen sharing website or online meeting apps in order to meet and collaborate with your team faster and without having to travel anywhere. Finally, technology can be and has been used more and more to work on projects remotely. With cloud access on websites and apps like google drive, teams are able to access certain documents, presentations, or spreadsheets to work on wherever and whenever they want. The team is able to chat inside of the platform as well and can be updated whenever someone makes a change to the documents.

There are six different areas in every business or person’s life where technology is used which include productivity, financial matters, marketing, collaboration, customer service, and remote or mobile work.
